Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 1, 2026

nowucme ("the app") lets you share your live location with people you choose. This policy explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, advertising identifier or browsing activity. The app contains no advertising and no analytics or tracking SDKs.

How we use it

Your location is used only to show it on the map of the people who have your link, for the time you chose. Nothing else. Estimated travel times and directions are calculated on your device with Apple Maps.

Who can see it

Anyone who has your share link can see your location while sharing is on. Share the link only with people you trust. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.

Where it is stored

Location data is stored in Google Firebase Realtime Database (Google LLC), in the europe-west1 (Belgium) region. Google processes it on our behalf under its Firebase privacy terms. As with any internet service, Google may process technical data such as your IP address to deliver the connection. Maps are provided by Apple Maps. In-app purchases are handled by Apple; we never see your payment details.

How long we keep it

Your choices

Children

nowucme is designed for parents and families to share locations openly with each other. It is not marketed to children, and it has no advertising, no tracking and no social features beyond the links people choose to send. Sharing is always visible to the person sharing, who can see the time left and stop at any moment. If a child under 13 uses the app, a parent or guardian should set it up and agree to this policy. A parent can ask us to delete the data tied to a child's anonymous ID at any time by emailing us.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date above and, for material changes, notify you in the app.
